Last Day in Aruba! | Zeerovers, Eagle Beach, Mangel Halto

We can't believe our week in paradise is already coming to an end! Our last day in Aruba was absolutely perfect – we packed in all our remaining must-dos and honestly didn't want to leave.

Zeerovers was everything the locals promised and more. This floating restaurant right on the water served up the freshest seafood we've had in ages. We went a bit overboard ordering grilled mahi-mahi, garlic shrimp, and their famous fish cakes. Samantha was in heaven with the perfectly seasoned catch of the day, while Amir couldn't stop raving about how the spices reminded him of his mom's cooking back in Toronto – just with a Caribbean twist.

After lunch, we headed to Eagle Beach for one last swim. The powdery white sand and crystal-clear turquoise water never gets old. We spent hours just floating and talking about how different this trip felt from our usual city breaks. There's something magical about island time that just forces you to slow down.

Our final stop was Mangel Halto for some snorkeling. The coral formations here are incredible, and we spotted so many colorful fish! It felt like swimming in an aquarium. We loved how this spot was quieter than the main beaches – perfect for couples wanting a more intimate experience.

As we watched the sunset paint the sky in brilliant oranges and pinks, we couldn't help but feel grateful for these moments together. Aruba has stolen our hearts, and we're already planning our return trip.
