My Vietnamese Fiancée makes Indian Chicken Curry!

To begin our new cooking series, we decided to have my Vietnamese Fiancée makes Indian Chicken Curry!

It's a simple, delicious recipe and tasted quite authentic. You can use the following ingredients, as well as video chapters below to make this dish:

• 1 pack boneless chicken thighs, chopped in pieces

• 1 cup of water

• 2-3 Tomatoes, finely chopped

• 2-3 Cooking Onions, finely chopped

• 6 cloves Garlic, 2-3 slices of Ginger - finely chopped and mixed together

• 2 tsps Garam Masala

• 1-2 tsps Tumeric Powder

• Salt (to taste)

• 3 tbsps Vegetable Oil

• 1-2 Cinnamon Sticks

• 2 tsps Cumin Seeds

• 1/2 bunch Green Coriander, finely chopped

• 2 tsps of Unknown Spice (to be updated!)
