We can't believe we're already halfway through our Vietnam adventure! Today took us to the magical Ba Na Hills, and honestly, we weren't sure what to expect from this famous day trip from Da Nang.

The journey started with an incredible cable car ride that had us gasping at the views – the lush mountains stretching endlessly below us felt like something out of a fairy tale. Samantha was practically glued to the window, pointing out every twist and turn of the landscape while Amir tried not to look down too much!

What struck us most about Ba Na Hills was how it perfectly blends Vietnamese culture with French colonial architecture. Walking through the Golden Bridge (yes, the famous one held by giant stone hands!) felt surreal. We couldn't help but reflect on how this place, like our own relationship, beautifully combines different cultural influences into something uniquely stunning.

After working up an appetite exploring the theme park and taking about a million photos, we headed back to Da Nang for some serious seafood indulgence. The night market was calling our names, and we dove headfirst into grilled squid, fresh spring rolls, and the most incredible seafood hot pot we've ever tasted.

There's something special about sharing a meal like this – Samantha teaching Amir the proper way to wrap nem lui while he attempted (and failed) at using chopsticks for the slippery noodles.

Have you been to Ba Na Hills? We'd love to hear about your favorite Vietnamese food discoveries in the comments below!
