Royal Decameron Cornwall Beach Resort Review | Khela Meets Jamaica

After months of dreaming about white sand beaches and crystal-clear waters, we finally made it to Royal Decameron Cornwall Beach Resort in Montego Bay – and wow, what an experience it was!

From the moment we stepped off the plane, Jamaica's warmth embraced us in every way possible. The resort itself sits right on Cornwall Beach, and we're talking about that postcard-perfect Caribbean coastline you see in movies. The all-inclusive setup meant we could truly disconnect and focus on each other without worrying about budgets or planning every meal.

What we loved most:

• The beachfront location is absolutely unbeatable
• Staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome
• Multiple restaurants gave us variety (the jerk chicken was incredible)
• Rooms were spacious with stunning ocean views

As an interracial couple, we always appreciate destinations where we feel completely at ease, and Jamaica delivered beautifully. Everyone we met was genuinely friendly and welcoming – from the resort staff to locals we encountered during our beach walks.

A few things to note: The resort can get busy during peak times, and some facilities could use minor updates. But honestly, when you're sipping rum punch while watching the sunset paint the sky in brilliant oranges and pinks, those small details fade away quickly.

The highlight? Our couples massage overlooking the ocean – pure bliss after months of Toronto's hustle and bustle.
